RecommendedSuper easy to order exactly what I wanted on the App. They don’t prepare your order until you arrive and let them know you are there (via the App). Food was brought out quickly...hot and delicious! There’s just something about getting Chick-fil-A at the mall...I’m old enough to remember when the mall was the ONLY place you could get Chick-fil-A!

The last several times I have ordered, the dood has been...COLD. I am getting the impression that your courtesy is enough to do business...I even used a reward, because you all gave it to me, after I had the same problem with a previous order.
