It’s a shame they can’t get your name right.. Also kind of upsetting that I used my reward points to get a “free” 8 count nugget but yet I was charged for it. Never had this issue with my regular chick fil a.

Hello ! I came to this location today around lunch time and I purchased lunch for myself and my 2 daughters. Everything was great about today’s visit except the fact that I did not receive my small order of Mac and Cheese. This was very disappointing because this would have been my first time trying the Mac and cheese !
Love this location but closing at 6:00 today was a bad decision. Disappointed family after I promised them.
