My mom had a heart attack in the parking lot yesterday while having lunch with my daughter. I can’t thank the staff enough for helping entertain my daughter until I could get there. The employee was letting her play and even sent food for me to eat once we got my mom settled at the hospital. I called this morning to tell the manager thank you and he told me that they don’t expect a thank you- he said, “That’s what we’re supposed to do for each other.” Thank you for helping us during our time of crisis!
I love this CFA but why is it always so cold?? My kids wanted to go back to the car and eat. It’s not just one visit, it’s every time. Turn the heat up!The poor girl who is delivering all the food has a fleece jacket and scarf on. Thanks for considering making it a bit warmer!

Thank you Jennifer for your follow up. We love this location and have always had stellar service here. We go to this location way too much � but today we received the worst customer service experience. We got in line at 10:24 they serve breakfast until 10:30 and they didn’t have workers in the drive thru line today (probably bc it’s cold out) and it took until 10:32 to get to the speaker to order. My daughter and I ate lunch there yesterday. It was great!! Food was hot and very good . Wonderful customer service. The cashier even told me about their app for my phone and I was able to use it.
Sad that I didn't get to enjoy my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich that I usually get him after waiting in the drive-through line for a few minutes I was informed that you guys were out of spicy filets for the night so I proceeded to order the grilled chicken club sandwich and she then advised me they were out of that as well.
