I was waiting in line at the drive thru and waited at the sign that says to pause, well the car in front of me moved up so I took their spot leaving plenty of room for the drive thru cars, well the car behind me pulled up leaving no room, the lady came up to my window and told me to pull around again to make room for the drive thru cars. Stopped by this location on the way to MUSC. Absolutely loved the superb customer service. Tucker was such an awesome friendly cashier. Very accommodating to my "strange gluten free" order. Then he took the time to deliver the drinks & order to the table. He definitely did as the late Mr Cathey preached- "going the extra mile to each and every guest." Each and every team member was very nice. I loved the cow shrubbery �.
Only negative thing were the fries, tasteless. Everything else pretty good to be a fast food, nice and FRESH. Personnel nice and polite.
One of the things that keep me a loyal customer is the fact that for the price point, the service is just not comparable to other similar restaurants. I like that as a mother, they see me with my children and bring my food out to me, which is such a help! Also, I like that they always thank me for my business and if something isn't quite right, they take care of it without issue. In other words, they are consistent with treating me like they want my business and their food is consistent.
Definitely one of my favorite restaurants. Good food, great customer service, and if I've ever had a problem (which is very rare) they go above and beyond to make it right. Service is always fast and friendly, and I love that the store is clean enough that my son can run around from the kids place to the table without shoes and I don't cringe.
