Nothing like being forgot about for 45 minutes in the parking lot waiting for your mobile order. 25 minutes in I asked someone about my order and she said it was coming right out but we still never seen it. Then they said they did not know what we ordered at that point so I just left.
Stay far away from this one one!!! The employee was rude, told me “whatever” and refused to even listen to me! Now I see why I dont use this one.

Great food, great service, very clean atmosphere, friendly employees, and they provide some seniors with a job and the opportunity to interact with others.
Kudos to Summerville Main Street Chick-fil-A! Dined in today. Strategically planned to protect its’ guests with the neurovirus scare in play. They are not using trays and identifying each guest for pick up of bagged food within a few minutes. Had at least 13 people behind counter and I saw 2 people cleaning tables with paper towels and cleaner as each guest was done eating. Once again Chick-Fil-A , you got it going on!!
It’s always clean, the employees are super friendly and seem like they love to be there and the food is always fast and good. I especially love the smiling face of Emma Kate (EK), she’s always so upbeat and always smiling.

I stop at this Chick-Fil-A quite often. Especially in the morning. I always ask for a large half/half tea. Its disappointing when you get to the window and the drink is a medium. I have stressed large and it still happens. I know this is petty but it makes it a bad start of the day.
