Overall one of the worst experiences I have had with a dealership..... I was supposed to pick up the truck over a week ago.....they keep saying they will call me but they have not attempted to contact me in 9 days....meanwhile my loan is funded, paid for insurance but no truck. We spoke several times on the phone and also sending additional pictures, we put a holding deposit on the vehicle for a couple of days until we could travel the 7 hours to their location to drive it. Once we drove it, everything checked good and we completed the purchase! The staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely check with them again in the future when we are car shopping!
