They contacted me quick, professional and very attentive.
I contacted the dealership and they contacted me back fairly quick. I had set up a day to go see the vehicle and was pleased with the service. Super friendly and serious about their cars, wouldn’t let just anyone test drive them. Didn’t end up getting the vehicle due to other reasons, but the vehicle was super clean. Will follow up with them very soon once I am able to get another vehicle!
I contacted this dealership 3 times before getting a response, which ended up being through Facebook. I was told that the car had a mechanical issue to be repaired and was being held for a customer on Tuesday, but then the car was marked sold on days before. Overall, very poor communication. I can appreciate that they were willing to hold it for a customer though, as most Chicago area dealerships will not hold a car, even with a deposit
They pointed me to the CARFAX as I had requested.
I have no complaints. Service was fast courteous and responsive. I am still interested in the vehicle.
Their reply was great I think the Land Rover was awesome in the pics anyways just no way to get there.
Trying to prechase this car. Just working on finance of the car at this time. Dealer very helpful in getting information to the leaner.
