We did buy the mini Cooper Clubman from Chicago Cars US. They were very friendly and serviced our car with an oil change, replacement of a leaky thermostat and hand washed the car before we drove it away. Artur was especially helpful in making this transaction as smooth as possible.

Asked for details as details stated a minor accident. Dealer had no supporting details. Difficult for me at access damage. Really liked the vehicle but am nervous with undocumented accident details.
I like their car selections. Very nice services and the staffs are extremely helpful. They fixed most stuff on my car before I get my car and told me some important notes regarding the maintenance of the car. Wonderful experience purchasing a car from this place.

On line it appears to be a very clean dealership with some great inventory, and they advertises financing for vehicles. So I called the dealership to ask what options they had for lending (banks, terms, rates, etc.). The salesman asked me what car I was interested in and asked me to fill out the online application. So I filled out the online app and got no responce back, curious, I called a few days later. The girl answering the phone, who clearly isn't in finance tells me to go to a bank and come in with a check... do they ... read more
