The dealer contacted me once and I asked a follow up question and did not hear from him
They sold me a truck with a lot of problems took it back and they only fixed one thing and said nothing else was wrong with it Jacob knew the problems with the truck and ignored to try to fix them I would never shop with them ever again and would recommend no one else to do so
Finally got a response after sending multiple messages to this dealer. They didn't answer any of my questions in the response and then never contacted me again. Terrible.
The person that I talked with did not seem to want to make a cash deal. Most time when dealing with cash buyers the dealership is a little more prone to deal, but not this person. Thank you.

I can't say enough about the staff at Chicago Cars US. My wife and I flew in from Cincinnati, Ohio to purchase a pick up truck from Jacob. My wife spent 2 months looking locally (Cincinnati, Ohio) for a specific Truck (4x4, manual transmission, low miles, clean, runs great and fair price) we found a truck that fit the bill on CarGuru, only problem was it was 250 miles away. Increased the price from initial listing. Never called back after agreement on the price and many phone calls.
THey said the car had a deposit on it. Ihave a sneaking suspicion the car in the pictures was not the car being sold---I asked about it and they did not respond to that portion of my inquiry
