The experience was fine but the car wasn’t exactly as advertised. It needed several repairs which made it far below “mint condition” as it was described. A bit disappointing.

I called this morning talked to a sales person by the name Albert. He asked me that what was my offer, out the door price, so the i presented him my offer cash deal o,t,d. He didn’t like my offer & in a bad manner told me to go and sounded like he was so angry & cranky. Al he could of say it was no thanks! Incredible.
Responded within hours, it just wasn't the vehicle I was looking for.
Contacted dealer and revealed to them that the former owner of the car has posted on the internet on a BMW forum that the engine was wrecked and needed rebuilt or replaced. I disclosed this to the dealer with the former owner's post and they said they were unaware of the engine situation as it was a trade in. I asked them to let me know if the engine was rebuilt or replaced and I never heard back - perhaps they were caught off guard or embarrassed at the revelation - but I would have hoped to hear back. This dealership is good. They are very attentive and very respectful. Excellent customer service.I dealt with MO, The car is good, just passed DOT inspection. We did not pick the second car keys and they mailed it without us asking. I highly recommend this dealership.
Test drove a BMW 328i and was going to purchase but another vehicle caught my eye. They didn't mind me taking a look at the second vehicle and I ended up buying it. Easy to work with.
