Really disappointed as there was a breakdown Roy did let us know, on the day of prom with no vehicle available at all, left with 8 beautiful but devastated girls awaiting a refund

e used your service as booked yesterday but there were unfortunately quite a number of issues we had with this; For a start It was the completely wrong car, we ordered a black Chrysler C300, the car that turned up was a WHITE traditional limo. The Ribbon was white not red as requested. The Driver turned up looking scruffy with no red tie as promised and the driving was Erratic - sometimes actually driving on the hard shoulder! Had a superb time hired a limousine for my daughter limo was decorated with balloons banners drinks also provided couldn't ask for any more fully recommend them thank you very much

We used this company for our sons primary school prom earlier this month, they were brilliant, they were very punctual and the limo was amazing, the driver was very polite and the boys loved it, was an amazing experience for them and one they will remember. Would def use Chic Limousines again and would recommend to everyone.
