Charles at Serpentini was awesome!!! He was personable, very knowledgeable about the history of the vehicle and honest which is very much appreciated when shopping for a car. The car was spotless, well cared for and ready for a test drive. I will definitely recommend my friends go to them.

Went to drove this vehicle and the salesperson left me in showroom for almost 30 minutes I left She called and reported she was digging the car out I agreed to make a second attempt the following weekend but would only drive if they called and let me know that the vehicle was still there No call She said it was a miscommunication she was only going to call if it sold
Very helpful getting me info requested, I simply didn’t like the fact that I could not use my cash and check from my credit union to purchase this truck.

They were rude and wanted me to respond to a text that I never got in order to get their address to come see the vehicle. They finally gave me the address but I had an appointment with another dealer who was more pleasant and easier to deal with and I bought from them. Picking my new van up today!
