Was a great experience. They had exactly what they said they had didn't try to switch vehicles on me like so many others did. I will absolutely look to this dealership next time I am looking for a vehicle.

We found a car and decided to buy it. The price breakdown listed the price of the car $1,000 higher than the listed sale price. When we pointed it out, we were told it was because we were not financing the purchase but paying cash. After we refused to pay the additional $ it was reduced to the correct price. Then, we waited 3 hours to sign the paperwork. Had a appointment drove over a hour to get there and truck isn't available for another 2hrs while they try and sell to someone else after waiting we found out why other customer said no when sales man hands me a chunk of the frame that was so rusted it just crumbled how you trying to sell something that literally rotting underneath you if it's a good deal you better look it over really close
Disappointed that the published price on the web site is not the sale price when you pay cash. When you pay cash, the price goes up.
Got in contact sounded like they didn’t really want to talk about this car said it was available they’ll have out of state agent reach out to handle transaction no one reached out so I called for update and they said car sold 30 minutes ago.. car stayed on market never was sold but I guess everything works out I found a car closer with less mileage and they ended up selling their car for cheaper than what I was originally going to pay so win for whoever bought it and me

Early in the morning, I asked for a simple picture of the truck bed and expressed than an iPhone photo would be fine. I liked the truck, but there were no truck bed pictures. Despite repeated requests, by 8:00 PM, closing time, they still could not seem to take such a simple picture (at least 10 hours after the request). They also expressed that shipping is "on your own" as "they don't do shipping", which was another negative, although one that I thought I might handle, although it is another indication of their helpfulness.... read more
