Dealership sold me a used car with a bad torque converter that should of been caught during inspection. I have a warranty problem is staff is extremely rude and irresponsible no one wants to take accountability or help get the problem fixed. I recommend you do not do business with them as I am having a nightmare getting them to cooperate with the warranty company and honor their warranty. I'm fed up 1star from me.

Charles at Serpentini was awesome!!! He was personable, very knowledgeable about the history of the vehicle and honest which is very much appreciated when shopping for a car. The car was spotless, well cared for and ready for a test drive. I will definitely recommend my friends go to them.

Went to drove this vehicle and the salesperson left me in showroom for almost 30 minutes I left She called and reported she was digging the car out I agreed to make a second attempt the following weekend but would only drive if they called and let me know that the vehicle was still there No call She said it was a miscommunication she was only going to call if it sold
Very helpful getting me info requested, I simply didn’t like the fact that I could not use my cash and check from my credit union to purchase this truck.
Answered every question I had. Left no detail out which I truly appreciated. I had help from Dawn and I hope to reconnect with the company!
