We called ahead to make sure the truck was available because we were driving 2 hours. The person on the phone asked “What’s a Warlock?” That should’ve been our first clue. When we got there the salesman took some information and said he’ll be right back and pulled the car up front. Great communication with the sales team.
I was repeatedly contacted, by phone, by text and by e-mail, so much so, that if this car was gold plated, I wouldn't even consider going there. Even after I told them I was no longer interested, they persisted. I appreciated the initial follow up, but it seems like this place is desperate. I could never recommend.
The experience I had was good. Straight forward I worked with Zak. He took good care of me and made sure I was happy with my deal. I also think Joseph &Jason in detailing did an amazing job on the car I purchased. Made it look new and they deserve a big thank you and Lee up the great work. This was the best experience ever. I can not recommend them enough. The staff was friendly, everyone was super honest and upfront. The management was on top of every detail, and finance was smooth and easy. Zero pressure from anyone, they let me make my own decision. In all my years I’ve never been happier with buying a car
Was a great experience. They had exactly what they said they had didn't try to switch vehicles on me like so many others did. I will absolutely look to this dealership next time I am looking for a vehicle.
