Had an appointment. Was placed in lobby, no one came walked the lot no one every came to help I left after 45 minutes of waiting and after a hour drive
Truck wasn't running when we arrived, photos on site didn't depict actual truck on lot

Transparent with issues about car . But did not offer me alternative. The staff in the dealership was nice . I would purchase from here if another car appears that I like .
This dealer was absolutely great. We did not have enough for down payment, that is the only thing that stopped the sale. Jake our salesman did everything he could with finance department to make the sale. That man is awesome
We called ahead to make sure the truck was available because we were driving 2 hours. The person on the phone asked “What’s a Warlock?” That should’ve been our first clue. When we got there the salesman took some information and said he’ll be right back and pulled the car up front. Thinking we were going to test drive, he instead said he can’t sell us the car because it has a bad engine and it came from Canada and some other bs about it just can’t be sold.
