They communicated that the car was available and in good condition - i asked twice to confirm the car was ready and available as I was driving 2 hours away - when i arrived, they informed me the car was having a complete transmission replacement and would not be ready for several days - the sales person said it would be a brand new transmission on a 40,000 mile car and that they now need to increase the price several thousand dollars - the mechanic told me the actual replacement transmission was used and had maybe 50,000 - 6... read more
The team was awesome. Someone greeted me when I walked in. He found an associate that was available for my appointment. She told me about the vehicle and completed all the steps to allow me to test drive the truck. I had some questions about the condition. She was able to find another staff member to answer all my questions. We agreed on a price. The business manager completed the final paperwork. I was driving away after three hours.
