I have had 3 alarm systems in total from this company and every time their customer service has been amazing!! From Matt in the office to every single engineer who has come to the house have been professional , polite, helpful, just kind and nice!! They have bent over backwards for me over the last few weeks and I couldn’t thank them enough!! Highly recommend this company!!

He took great time and care to listen to my requirements and always checked before things were made final. He also took care to fully explain the system and options to me before he left, ensuring I was happy with the service and understood everything correctly. His workmanship and demeanour was highly professional. Highly recommend this company.
