Awesome Customer Service! I took my car into the body shop after I got in a rear end collision, and they did a phenomenal job on the repair! After they were done they even washed and detailed the car before they gave it back, it looked brand new! Best dealership around for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could've given a zero I would have. The brakes and clutch stopped working in my daughter's Malibu. Anschuetz replaced the master cylinder. Two days later my daughter went home to Kalamazoo and experienced the same problem. She got it towed to a local chevy dealer and they told her the problem was the slave cylinder, not the master. Anschuetz absolutely refused to do ANYTHING to make it right. They said since we drove it off the lot they must have fixed it. Do not go here to have your car worked on! They are crooks
We took our car to Cliff Anschuetz body shop for a fender bender it got in, and Brian was very nice to deal with, and our technician Josh Mischley did top notch work, and it was only there for 4 days! 10/10 will recommend!

Took my car in yesterday to get new tires, wheel bearing and an oil change. They brought me back home, called to double check everything before they did it, got it done in 1 day and washed it! :)
They are top in Customer Service. Friendly and accommodating.
Took my vehicle here because it was the insurance company's preference. Took 3x as long as they said, they fixed things that weren't wrong and didn't fix things that were, and in the end I paid someone to fix what they broke while "fixing" it. They painted a part that wasn't in the estimate, worst paint job I have ever seen, it bubbled and flaked immediately.
