Just wanted to tell my story.. Yesterday my truck started making awful noises... thought nothing of it until I looked under the hood and saw my power steering was empty! Called my dealer in full panic mode and within an hour they came and picked the vehicle up from my work and reassured me it was in good hands. Got the diagnosis right away and took care of the issue. Cant say enough how this dealer exemplifies the three P's of business.. Professional, polite, and prompt. Keep up the good work guys, Love you!
Horrible repair experience. Replacement part was defective, the service department said they would replace the defective part, but we would have to pay the labor costs again. $380 to replace a defective part that they installed. We went to another shop and replaced for a fraction of the cost.
Shannon was great!! She found me the absolute perfect vehicle and was so quick about it!! I highly recommend allowing Cliff Anschuetz help you find the perfect vehicle!!
Originally the service was good. Friendly people. After purchase of our vehicle found several things that they hid during the purchase. The 2 month warranty after purchase is a joke. When a called a month after purchase about door trim that was broke I was told no you had enough time to look at the vehicle before you bought it. Make sure to check your rims for welds before you buy it. They welded then refinished the rims on our vehicle couldn’t see the weld till the wheel came off the vehicle.
