I would not recommend this dealership at all. Quoted me one payment amount, took my first payment to hold car that was being shipped too the dealership. Called 7 days later to change my monthly payment up by $40 a month. Went in talked to Paul Obrein who told me they would either honor the original quote or refund my money via corporate check on Monday. If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. After what has transpired on 08/10/17 . Here's the story. My wife leased a 2018 Equinox a few weeks ago. Our salesman was Jimmy. The first portion went really well and smooth. We test drove the car, went back and forth a little, and agreed on a deal. I purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia 2 and a half months ago. My car has stalled 3 times since then and today check engine came on with all kinds of alarms and white smoke coming out of the tailpipe. Now my husband is missing work and we live paycheck to paycheck with two special needs children. I use this car to get them to all their appointments and traded in a 2012 for a 2015 thinking I would have less problems. I will never buy a car from here again. $28,000 wasted.
Left Maine on my way out to PA on vacation hauling my 24' trailer my truck is a 13 chevy with a duramax diesel it sent a code out say poor quality exhaust fluid anybody with diesel nows you only have so far to go before it shuts down I found lannan Chevrolet in Lowell MA they brought it right in to start working on it they shuttled us to a restaurant to get something to eat and to a motel and back to them in the morning they went above and beyond for my wife and I and made are stay as good as it good get the hole staff there... read more
