Do not waste your time with Lannan of Lowell Chevrolet, unless you want to be talked down to and not get a deal. As soon as they found out I was in the military and qualified for supplier pricing all negotiation stopped. I was told they were “all in” and could do nothing for me. Great experience from start to finish with Joe and the team at Lannan! I came in a little shell-shocked from a bad experience at another dealership, and Joe walked me through everything in a clear way, listened to what my needs were, and did not try to upsell. The lease offer presented to me was extremely reasonable, and I walked out of there confident that I was getting a great car at a great price. Lannan made a loyal customer out of me!

Horrible experience, they are high pressure sales people trying to take advantage of people. They will go through and try every tactic to take advantage of people. They will try and intimidate, pressure, lie, and even guilt trip you into purchasing a rip off.
