Took my 2010 Camaro SS on for a detail, and will never do so again at this dealership. Not only did they poorly clean the rear windshield, they left polish on the car and did a terrible job on the rims. Furthermore, I picked up my car the next day and it was completely covered in pollen. This demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism. Had another great experience working with Lannan - specifically Jimmy. Picked up a used cargo van for my business and he even went as far as helping to get it lettered before pick up, so I could take home a ready to go work vehicle. :)
Great until you sign papers and leave. Once you need service (2 weeks later) they charge you for their so called pre certified vehicle. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from here.. very displeased with service.
