We went to Lannan in Lowell to have my Chrysler Seabring fixed in their collision center. Jennifer was wonderful! She took the time to explain everything and was always available when I called. My wife and I had an excellent experience. Elliott, Mark, and everyone else we interfaced with there took excellent care of us! Based on other dealerships we have visited recently we just assumed that we would have to haggle or go through intensive rounds of negotiating. There were no hassles or gimmicks. Absolute best service of any dealership hands down. Went in to lease a 2016 Equinox at 630pm on a Thursday and drove off with it at 330pm the next day. Cant express how much i appreciate the help you guys gave me. Will definitely be back when my lease is up to get another. Thank you!
I just purchased my 2016 Chevy Traverse from Lannan and I am extremely happy with my experience with this dealership. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was the first time we experienced a hassle free and very easy transaction. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.
I am sorry others have had a bad result but I have had nothing but great experience with everyone I gave dealt with at Lannon. Today alone I went in for oil change on my Cruz and met Elliott who showed me my dream car in the White 2015 camaro rs ... I enjoyed him taking the time with me going through the features and have already recommended him to 2 of my friends who are looking for 2016 Camaro's ... if I decide to trade in the Cruz I am definitely going to buy my camaro at lannon

I came in to Lannan not extremely confident in my credit or previous car buying experiences. However, Trudy Ann was so incredibly helpful and kind. She took all of the stress out of car buying and I'm now driving a Chevy Cruze that I love! Would highly recommend Lannan and especially Trudy Ann!
