Had a 2011 Chevy Equinox with known engine issues (part of the engine replaced due to recall ) Warranty was extended due to the engine . Car was always routine serviced at Lannon of Lowell. With 90,000 miles on the engine, driving 60 mph on the highway, car started pouring oil out the bottom of the engine . Car towed to dealer to be told engine seized and nothing could be done by Chevy . Dealer even admitted that it was nothing I did but still didn’t assist me with Chevy . Nightmare of an experience with this dealership. Truck is still not fixed after being the shop 6-7 times. Last time it was in shop they changed what was wrong with the truck twice in one day. My husband looked at another truck he was interested in and was thinking about trading his in but they would not budge on the price or fix the paint issues correctly.
