Trudy and Marty did a great job. The only thing that keeps the team from getting five stars is lack of communication. I had thought we were all set but the day of signing I found out there had been a financial hiccup. I wish I had been told the day before. It took away from the experience of getting a brand new Cruze. Like I said though they did a great job making it work for me and I am extremely happy.

Brought my car in for specific repair which was under warranty but instead they decided to run diagnostics and drive it for 150 miles. Said nothing wrong but charged us $150. Claimed car not doing what we said after driving for a week however car doing exactly what we said EVERY time we've driven it past 2 days since we've picked it up. Service manager Kevin patronizing and attitude of couldn't care less. Do NOT go here unless you want to throw your money away , not get your vehicle fixed and be treated lousy !!
