I bought a Trek remedy 9 from this store 9 years ago. At the time the staff were friendly and helpful and the sale process went smoothly. Things went so well that it never even occurred to me to leave a review. The bike was fantastic and operated with minimal maintenance the entire time I owned it. My bike was recently stolen, I was insured but with the purchase being so long ago I had no receipt, with little hope I contacted Chevin, they were not only helpful but displayed a level of understanding and sympathy that suggest ... read more
