This company just sent me an email saying taking over my claim from another company which I did not approve or sign anything to say that they could go ahead and make a claim on my behalf I don’t know who this new lot are, but I have sent them An email instructed them not to take this case any further it’s ridiculous. How do you think they can just do it about getting you anything or anything will update if I get any more correspondence? Look at the review I think it’s best to stay away from this company.
Dreadful company. Had no response at all from them concerning ppi claims never respond to emails avoid go to a better more professional company
I am more than happy with my claim for PPI Plevin. I felt it important to give a good review and feedback here as I had no problems with Cheval Legal. I received good customer service . The fees are roughly half of what you receive from credit card companies etc. Without the service from Cheval Legal it would have been very difficult to get anywhere with these companies as I received a letter from Bank of Scotland to say I had no valid claim. Last had correspondence on 1/2/23 when they said I was getting £70 of £333 win claim . Later amended to £149 back . I have not heard a thing since . Tried ringing 2 different numbers keep getting voicemails . No one replies to any messages or emails . Does this company exist . Feeling angry and frustrated 😠 😡
