As a visitor to chestnut lodge, every time I have met Carol the manager she is friendly, approachable and very professional. I’ve noticed she is always caring towards her residents and helps in ways with kindness and compassion.
I moved in Chestnut Lodge December 2022 and thoroughly enjoying my stay at this comfortable welcoming development all due to Manager Carol who has excellent skills and character personality so I feel relaxed and welcome always. Her 17 years great experience and knowledge as resident manager is unique compared to my previous development at Chestnut Court where manager was only part time where it was very ..difficult to get things done.
