I contacted Bonnie for an initial consultation and I arranged six sessions of therapy. I didn't know what to expect in the sessions From the first session Bonnie was friendly, welcoming and put me at ease in her tranquil therapy studio. The relaxation download to use before you sleep or just to relax really does work. I still use ot at bedtime now. I had a good introductory session with Bonnie today. She led me through the process of how hypnotherapy works and explained everything well. She made me feel at ease and I look forward to my future sessions with her. 26th March. It appears I did not send this but am feeling positive about my hypno sessions with Bonnie. I feel encouraged and energised by my visits to her.
