Understaffed and overworked, staff unable to give the care and attention needed to my relative who was admitted. Come on NHS, let's get this sorted.

My wife has breast cancer and the service she is getting, or lack of, is appalling. They are not recognising her anxiety and telling her that she needs to decide on the best type of treatment. Shouldn't it be the doctors advising instead? And for the nurses, one was even trying to talk my wife out of having surgery and another said it's a waiting game. The consultant didn't think it wouldn't be important to remove the lymph nodes which is very important. And when we do have a appointment we go in late with no apology.

They've been looking after my wife over 5 weeks and 4 visits and one operation.I just cannot find fault with all the staff,Everything was fully explained,nothing kept away from us .The staff are the nicest and most professional I've ever had the pleasure to deal with and this year we've dealt with 5 hospitals who were great but this hospital is on another level. Many thanks to them for their care

I can only speak for some staff on Elizabeth ward some of the staff nurses were so lovely but some of the other staff were awful and the Dr who saw me well he basically left me whilst I was having an attack from the morphine I was given, he just walked off and said someone get her a ECG ........ the attack was so so serve and I was in agony thank God my husband was at the side of me as God knows what would of happened we waiting 9 hours to see the doctor after a "urgent referral" felt at my painful areas and said he would ne... read more
