Arrived at 9:35 (sorry, but there was a traffic accident) for a 9:30 hearing test and 10:00 appointment with Dr. Rollins. Hearing test done by 9:55. Didn’t see Dr. Rollins until 10:45. Felt it was a little inconsiderate to keep me waiting so long; however, it’s a common practice among doctors, although not excusable. I had to wait well over a hour at my previous visit with Dr. Rollins and had to bring it to the attention of the receptionist to even be remembered out in the waiting room. He acted rushed , asked a few questions and when he turned around he started to spray something into my nostrils. I put my hands up because he never explained first what he was going to do and why.
Dr. Rollins is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He has kept my nasal passages healthy for many years !
Dr. Rollins is an exceptional doctor. He is friendly, thorough, patient, and has excellent bedside manners. He explains his diagnosis in layman terms, as well as, makes sure that you understand his treatment plan.
