Dr. Rollins was very thorough and detailed. He explained my condition to me in an understandable manner. I felt like he was very concerned to help me.
I was with my mom and we were actually there to see David as Mother had seen Dr. Rollins several weeks ago. Our meeting with David was GREAT. He was very patient and explained everything so nicely to Mother and me. We have ordered her the new hearing aids that he recommended and look forward to getting them soon.
Today's visit was dismal. I waited more than one hour to be seen by Dr. Rollins and I was taken to two different areas. My appointment with audiology was also badly handled and I had to postpone my hearing test. Very rare experience because I always had no problems with my previous appointments. Maybe a bad day ??
My hearing aids were not working. My wife was hoarse from talking loudly all the time. The audiologist, Katy Brown, fixed them in under 30 minutes and my life is hugely better.
Was scoped to see if a fish bone was still in my throat
My visit with Dr. Rollins went as smoothly as could be expected. My wait in the waiting room was minimal, the time in the examination room before seeing him was also minimal, he was thorough and answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for any more.

When I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early, wasn’t called up to pay until 10 minutes after my appointment time and when I asked at the 30 minute mark, was told they were waiting on a room. All told, I waited 45 minutes to be put into a room and another 30 min... read more
You have to wait a long time to see the doctor. When I was in the waiting room, I made a comment and the lady next to me said this office is always behind. When I did finally see Dr. Rollins, he looked at my ears and nose and was half way out the door within minutes saying I was fine. I stopped him before he left to say he hadn't even addressed the issue I had come in for. I was very disappointing with being treated like I was in an assembly line and no one paying attention to what I was saying. I will definitely look for an... read more
