Very thorough & professional.
Dr. Rollins was terrific! Made me feel comfortable and very educated! Able to diagnose my problem very quickly. I'm glad I got so lucky to have him as my doctor.
He gave me practical ways to understand my audiology test. I'm not sure if it is time for hearing aids or not so he gave me everday criteria to determine that. He is compassionate as well.
Staff and Dr. Rollins are very professional and courteous. I feel very confident under his care.

I visited Dr. Rollins for an evaluation today, and he approached everything from layman's terms as well as technical terms and explain to me every step of the way what was being done during my evaluation. Dr Rollins asked many questions and was thorough in his explanation of the treatment plan and in discussion of best practices for general health to coincide with treatment plan. Professional and courteous.
