Intro: I'm 71 and had lifelong asthma. I have been to the "Chest Clinic" several times over the past 10 years and always received fantastic, caring and professional service. Update: I have been seeing Dr. Patel lately and he has really supported me in many ways. I have been referred for an MRI, Heart scan and once again the FENO tests. Blow, Blow, Blow and Stop.... It is a joke that you can't speak to the chest clinic phone just ring no one ever pick up got to leave a message and hope someone will get back to you in 48hrs could have dead in my sleep by then

Dreadful attitude by the nurse in charge, who sent me an anonymous letter saying he was taking me off their list because I couldn't collect a monitoring device, as the disabled car park has been reduced by a third and parking has become impossible, as was walking any further than from it. He ,and the hospital ignore their duties under the Equalities Act. Luckily, some nurses are wonderful.
