Intro: I'm 71 and had lifelong asthma. I have been to the "Chest Clinic" several times over the past 10 years and always received fantastic, caring and professional service. Update: I have been seeing Dr. Patel lately and he has really supported me in many ways. I have been referred for an MRI, Heart scan and once again the FENO tests. Blow, Blow, Blow and Stop.... Dreadful attitude by the nurse in charge, who sent me an anonymous letter saying he was taking me off their list because I couldn't collect a monitoring device, as the disabled car park has been reduced by a third and parking has become impossible, as was walking any further than from it. He ,and the hospital ignore their duties under the Equalities Act. Luckily, some nurses are wonderful.
More bothered about getting the cpap machine back than helping patients so much so that I now refuse treatment from this department as they made me feel awful for not being able to use the cpap machine due to anxiety
