Friends had recommended Chess Vets Rickmansworth to me. Its not an easy decision to move vets but I'm so pleased that I did. I came away from my initial visit, feeling secure that I'd made the right decision and we were in safe hands with a caring vet
Always a warm and friendly greeting for all of the staff, who make time to say hello to our furbabies. The environment is welcoming, clean and comfortable. The vets explain procedures and diagnosis in plain English, for those of use that didn’t spend 6 years studying animals and treatments. When had the unfortunate passing of animals we were comforted but more importantly they were managed in the most dignified way.
Lovely friendly atmosphere, and understanding staff and vets, felt very at ease.
Very caring staff. Thank you to the receptionist today, for being very efficient and kind. I would give more stars if I could.
