Jeff did an exceptional job taking care of me today. Found out the water pump on my 2013 cruise manual is TOAST. He went above and beyond in looking through my warranties I have on my vehicle and if the manufacturer had anything on the part. It started with about $600 for the repair, I left knowing that I have a $250 deductible with my warranty, and he called to let me know that it went to $0 due to something with GMC. I have look around for a new vehicle for almost 2 years and have worked with Cedric since he help my family purchase a 2015 Chevy sonic and when i was looking i was happy to not have a pushy sales person but someone who was trying to find what i needed i ended up thinking it would be better to buy new and i had him help with the purchase of a new GMC Sierra 1500. i appriciate the patience they all had for me.
Your service dept has terrible service & screwing your company for future car sales! They make a simple oil change difficult! We decided to go elsewhere for oil changes because your free one isn’t worth dealing with the rude people in that dept!

We recently purchased a vehicle from here with salesman Shayne Becker and had an amazing experience. I needed a vehicle that fit all of our kids stuff in it with room to spare, and he was nice enough to move things from my car to the ones I test drove to make sure everything fit! The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the second vehicle we have purchased there.
