I have a 2017 GMC Sierra I bought brand new from this dealership. My vehicle has 42,000 on it just had to take it in for service because the brakes were stuck engaged..long story short I had to pay $1,000 total including tow to the dealership. They didn’t care at all no help charged me 30 for “parts” $720 for labor. Nothing I can do called GMC to ask for help and they told me to kick rocks. My last 2 vehicles I purchased are GM. This will be my last.

what is there not to love about free life time oil change and tire rotation whether you buy a new or used vehicle from here?! Plus the staff is very professional and service is very good!
If you are purchasing a vehicle from Chesrown they are wonderful but if you have any issues with your vehicle they lie and won’t call you back. Once they have your money they don’t care about follow-up customer care. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.
Love the free oil change and tire rotation for my GMC Terrain I purchased from Chesrown! Well worth 20 min drive from Columbus! Great Service!!!
