Todd Blair and Andy Bagby are amazing to work with. I bought a truck with them and the experience was good enough I went back and bought an suv in the same month I appreciate all they did for me and I will be recommending them to everyone here in Bucyrus.

They can't even keep track of their appointments and then want you to wait around for hours. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely!!! Tom Stephens and his team are one of a kind. All hope was lost during a sale when TWO days later he calls us with GREAT NEWS. They had kept working on the particulars ( with out us knowing) and my husband drove his Chevy Malibu home ON HIS BIRTHDAY! TOM STEPHENS IS THE BEST

I had the “fun” experience of having a 2 hour A/C appointment turn into two full days (I get it, that can always happen when getting repairs but it was still annoying to not get any communication unless I called for updates), was denied access to a courtesy vehicle when told my vehicle would take multiple days, and then upon picking up my vehicle found that someone had gone through my things and stole $850 worth of gift cards (joke is on that A-hole because every single one had been used already but still proof that they emp... read more

My husband just experienced terrible service and terrible treatment at Chesrown. He spent over 2 hours waiting for an oil change, which wasn’t even the problem. When our truck was done, he drove it home and noticed a terrible rattle and saw there was a broke oil cap just sitting in the cup holder. When he got home, he realized there were only two DAMAGED lug nuts holding the rear tire on and the other lug nuts were not tightened, causing wheel to be loose. Was given different info between the service advisor and the manager. The manager told me the fix would be around $850 to repair the instrument cluster. Circuit Board Medics repaired it for $119. They also gave the vehicle back to me with missing screws. The service manager answered the phone saying “this is ridiculous” not aware I was on the phone. What’s ridiculous is the level of customer service provided by the service department. When I asked where my car was, I was told that they didn’t know. Apparently the discussion ... read more

I bought a truck their brand new, at 40k miles I had all sorts of lights come up they said it was a brake controller and out of warranty so I had to pay over $800 for labor and $20 for the part. At 48k my hood latch sensor went out and they want me to pay another $380 to get it fixed. Called their service manager multiple time and never bothered to call back. Bottom line is this dealership and GMC do not stand behind the junk they sell. Domestic isn’t what it used to be. My suggestion is buy somewhere else. My dad bought a T... read more
