Service Dept. is uneducated and never able to diagnose or fix problem with my car. Takes multiple visits for one problem. The only good thing is they give you a courtesy car since they will have your car forever! The last time we had an oil change done there they charged us for it but never changed the oil. On day of pick up, our oil was black and obvious it had never been changed. Went in for my free oil change and tire rotation, they also did a recall and I was out of there in an hour and a half. Coffee and snacks while I waited, everyone was very professional and nice.
I went in and thought being Veterans Day it would be a better deal. Perhaps more discounts, they were nice and polite which was different than Dan Tobin but in my opinion they did not do a lot to help us get the vehicle we wanted. We already have a GM lease and they offered me pennies on the dollar for a truck I bought in January with &500 miles. Pretty bad taste in my mouth about Chevrolet and GM financial. I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership and had nothing but trouble! They over charged me on my estimates! I took my Acadia into service, they were trying to say multiples things needed replaced after I’ve been going there for over 5 years servicing my vehicle! Constantly adding more issues! Do not recommend them and the staff is very rude in the service department! Although the only nice person I recommend is Brain! I even bought the extended warranty still problems!!!😡
