Purchased a brand new Yukon. The sale was smooth and easy. Had an issue with paint peeling on the bumper within a month of owning it. Took it back to them and they sent it out to be repaired. We have officially purchased two vehicles from Tom Stephens at Chesrown, and I don't foresee us ever going anywhere else! The customer service we have experienced over the past few years has been beyond amazing!
In my opinion, they run a scam. they sell you a car with so much wrong with it that you have no choice but to buy the warranty. I signed the papers after a good test drive, got the vehicle home and i started noticing all the quirks. tried to undo the deal and i couldn't, so i had to get the warranty. now, less than 2 months later and my vehicle is in the shop. the warranty company is sending an adjuster because the estimate to fix it is well over $1000 dollars. all i can say is, if you are thinking about buying a used car fr... read more
