We have hired a few vehicles from here without any major issues. But come to today, and we’ve been given a van with a flat and perishing Tyre, we’ve seen it once we’ve returned to Congleton from Macclesfield. Gone to shell petrol station to put air in the Tyre, and it’s completely split. We can’t change the Tyre due to the wheeel nuts being over tightened for the equipment provided in the van. My van broke down last Thursday morning, I am also self employed. I called Cheshire Vehicle Rental and Helen and team went above and beyond to source/sort me another van out and had me back on the road within an hour. Which was a great relief, as I had customers booked in waiting for me to arrive.
