I've been with this surgery for just over 2 years now and it has been nothing but exceptional. I've always been able to get an appointment, regardless if I've had to wait a couple of weeks (it's bound to be busy), and the GPs I have interacted with have been kind, caring and compassionate. I have to give mention Dr Beg and Dr Ahmed who have been nothing short of incredible. This GP surgery is the worst I’ve ever been to. It doesn’t deserve even one star. I’m not happy at all about the attitude of people working at the reception. Especially, the black lady who’s sitting at the back. Every time I go there and ask for help, she raises her voice and starts shouting, making things difficult. GP practice needs to train their staff about professionalism and kindness or find people suitable for the reception role. Everytime I spoke with Andy he is very helpful and given the best he could but one of them was always very very rude. Raising voice and start shouting. This person should go for anger management.
I am not particularly happy with the attitude of the Bulgarian girl working at the reception.
