I cannot fault Ian’s professionalism and workmanship, nor recommend him highly enough. Ian responded to my initial enquiry on the same day and returned his estimate for the work on the evening of his visit, 3days later. His work ( to remove an old boiler, 40 year old water tank and cylinder and pipe work, refitting a new combi boiler and disposal of all old parts) was done unobtrusively, efficiently, professionally and punctually. Thank you Ian.
Ian has just finished fitting a new boiler for my mum. Firstly, he turned up bang on time to look at the job and sent his quote through the same day, then when the job started he turned up bang on time and finished exactly when he said he would and the price was as quoted. The work was done with no mess and he was polite and respectful at all times according to my mum! Highly recommended.
