Had faults with car hours after delivery which one got sorted been trying to phone and text now for 2 weeks to get the other 2 problems sort no reply and no-one answering phones very disappointed
Would give them 0 stars if I could! Sold a car that's not fit for use or safe to drive! Asked for a refund and now just ignoring all communications! Stuck with a car I can't use. Had the car 2 days before had several issues with it. Contacted Nathan who given a number for a mechanic took a week to get it booked in and had to drive it to the mechanic in Warrington (had 13 issues with the car including clutch and electrics by this point) and got told would be fixed within a day, he had it a week. Brilliant service and communication from start to finish! Even had it delivered! Would use again and would recommend anyone without hesitation:)
Nathan went above and beyond to source my BMW 420D gran coupe. I was really pleased with the car and their service. Helpful and even gave me diesel money to get home, bunch of proper nice guys there at Cheshire car centre Cheers and thanks again
