Best I've lived in a Aspect Properties building for three years now and I have no complaints. The maintenance staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Repairs are always handled within one week of my call. My manager is also very friendly, although she talks too much, she maintains this property very well. I recommend a Aspect Properties to anyone looking for a property!
Nice Andrea was extremely helpful and very professional. She explained everything step by step to make sure I knew what was going going on during this whole process and if I had questions/concerns Andrea would get back to me right away . Not once did I have to remind her about something because she was always on top of things. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
I have the most confidence I've met with and used other property managers in Aspect Properties but so far I have the most confidence that Aspect Properties is dealing with my investments properly and professionally.

Nice and understanding people overall Lived in my apt for 2 years. Every time I needed something fixed they were quick to send someone over. .
They really take care of you :) I've been a resident at an apartment managed by Aspect Properties for over two years, and I've had such a pleasant relationship with them. They are on too of any maintenance issues, and everyone who picks up the phone has a friendly disposition, Lisa and Shannon particularly. They really take care of you :)
