RecommendedThe complex is very clean, the service is amazing. The appartments are wide, clean and has lots of light entering the rooms. Very calm neighborhood, very close to the turnpike, and is on 88th street next to a library and a park as well. Convenient and greatly serviced by the staff. Great job guys.
Es un lugar muy limpio y seguro y ahora que tenemos a Viviana de manager estamos mejor que nunca. Ella si escucha con respeto y atiende muy pronto las necesidades de los inquilinos. Despues de casi 1 año pidiendo que arreglen el mail box, por fin Viviana se ocupó de hacerlo casi de inmediato. Además veo mejoras que no se hacían hace mucho.
estoy muy contenta porque me reencontré de nuevo con vivíana que la conozco desde otra de las comunidades de United Property Management donde siempre estaba atenta a todas las necesidades y actualmente esta haciendo un excelente trabajo, organizado la comunidad en cherry grove village, hace poco mi hija perdió su patineta e inmediatamente me ayudo a encontrarla con su equipo de trabajo, son buenos en lo que hacen, noto que hay mejor seguridad ,orden y se preocupan del residente.
Recently moved in and so far loving it. Iris has been more then accommodating with all our needs. Shes definitely a one women army. Looking forward to the rest of my stay here at Cherry Grove Village.
Amazing community, iris( manager) is the best, very professional and helpful, really know what to do with the residents I recommend this place for sure 10/10
De esta comunidad donde vivo , tengo el gusto de tratar a la Sra Iris (Managers) , excelente persona muy elocuente y profesional , y a Javier una persona muy servicial y dispuesto siempre a realizar su mejor trabajo , le estoy muy agradecido a ambos .

Cherry Grove has done an excellent job! Keeping the community sanitized in the leisure areas such as the pool area and gym. this keeps things anxiety free for COVID 19. The property manager has been a great help with all necessities and keeping a positive environment within the community as well.

If only zero stars was an option. My fiancé and I scheduled an appointment on the community's online portal for 5:30 pm on 6/12/2020. We drove all the way from downtown during traffic hour to tour an apartment. We walked into the leasing office 10 minutes prior to our appointment time. The man at the front desk stared at us blankly, didn't greet us or even ask us why we were in the office. So I said that we had an appointment scheduled to tour an apartment.
