Brian Walker was excellent as well as the mechanic who fixed my car. They both deserve a raise.
I went in to have them check on an oil leak. Everyone was very nice and all went well; however, the oil leak wasn't fixed. There was no charge for the service but that might be because they know the leak would still be there and I'd have to return? Not looking forward to the cost of that visit. Sorry for my skepticism, but I'm accustomed to the way things work in the world this day and time.
I really appreciate that no matter who in the service department I deal with they are always very courteous and friendly and always willing to answer my questions about any necessary repairs to or replacements on my vehicles.
Our experience with Aliecia and Rob was great. I spoke with Aliecia via phone in the afternoon and she gave me her number to let her know when we would be arriving. The car was ready when got there following an hour and 45 minute drive. The vehicle was as described and shown online. Aliecia did a great job of showing us the car’s features despite it being a used Subaru so not the Nissans she is accustomed to selling. She was friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable.
