Sean Streeter did a great job with getting us in and out in a timely manner without skipping any of the important steps to make us feel like a well treated customer! He also said he would check in on us to see how things were going in the next few days which I really liked. We each got a free pen with his name in case we need anything in the future Shawn's good guy.

Good explanation of work and time frame up front. Tech grabbed loaner car as shuttle was out. Shuttle driver was very personable
Bryan Casey is the best. This man does what he says and sees it through. I return because I know the work is getting done by people who care, not just a paycheck mentality, and that is truly hard to find.

We were very pleased. We had service done on a prior vehicle. Everyone there has been nice to work with, and that is a big reason we came back.
I always get fast and friendly service. I am also not pressured to get other services I do not want.

In general, the work here has always been reliable and reasonably priced. My 2022 Leaf, though, has them stumped. The driver's door continually sags. Neither they nor a body shop I asked to look at the problem has been able to fix this. Nissan quality isn't what it used to be.
