No haggle on pricing; since this was an Internet purchase needing to be shipped, they should have done a better job of showing or indicating the “flaws” with the vehicle (scratches, scraps, blemishes, and overall damage); When the vehicle was shipped, they let it leave the lot with a damaged windshield. Ultimately, they paid to replace it. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.
Service department is amazing, got in when promised, everything done in a timely manner and my car got washed!
